Brake Load Sensing Valve

The load-sensing proportional valve, installed in the pipeline between the master brake cylinder and the rear wheel brake cylinder, consists of a housing, plunger, valve, and spring. The housing's oil inlet connects to the master brake cylinder's oil outlet, which in turn connects to the wheel brake cylinder.

Operating Principle: The load-sensing proportional valve uses changes in the distance between the vehicle body and the axle (external force) to vary the spring preload. As the vehicle load increases, the valve adjusts accordingly, ensuring a near-ideal braking force distribution under all load conditions.
