A1：SY-PARTS is a factory-direct manufacturer with 30+ years of production experience in brake and clutch cylinders.  We are IATF 16949 certified and export to 100+ countries worldwide.Our manufacturing facility is 5,000 square meters, equipped with:

- Independent testing laboratory (CNAS accredited)
- Sample display room
- Assembly workshop
- CNC machining center
- Quality control department

 

Q2：| What certifications do you have?

A2：SY-PARTS holds the following certifications:
1. IATF 16949 - International Automotive Quality Management System
2. CE - European Conformity
3. CNAS - National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (Laboratory)

All products undergo 100% pressure testing in our CNAS-accredited laboratory before shipment.

 

Q3：| How long does the normal delivery time take?

A3：If the minimum order quantity is met, we will arrange shipment in about 60-70 days. Of course, if there are products in stock, we will arrange to send them out within about 20 days.

A5: SY-PARTS maintains a rotating inventory of fast-moving models. For specific stock availability:

1. Popular models: Usually in stock, ready to ship within 7 days
2. Standard models: Production lead time 15-30 days
3. Custom/OEM models: 30-60 days production

Please provide your required OE number or product model and quantity, and we will confirm stock/production status immediately.

 

Q6：| Does it support OEM, ODM?

A6：We support OEM, ODM.we can make customer's own brand name & design.

OEM/ODM customization timeline:
1. Requirements Confirmation: 3-5days
2. Concept Design & Drawings: 10-15 days
3. Tooling & Sample Production: 10-20 days
4. Sample Approval: 3-5 days
5. Mass Production: 30-45 days (depending on quantity)

Total typical lead time: 70-90 days from initial inquiry to delivery. Rush production is available for urgent orders.

 

Q7：| What do SY part numbers mean?

A7：SY-PARTS product numbers follow this format: SY-XXX-XXXX

Prefix meanings:
- SY-BMC-XXXX = Brake Master Cylinder 
- SY-BWC-XXXX = Brake Wheel Cylinder 
- SY-CMC-XXXX = Clutch Master Cylinder 
- SY-CSC-XXXX = Clutch Slave Cylinder 
- SY-RP-XXXX = Repair Kit 

Suffixes:
- L/R = Left/Right side
- LH/RH = Left Hand / Right Hand
- F = Front

When inquiring, please provide the full SY number for fastest service.

 

Q8：| How do you package products?

A8：We use BROTHAI/MOBOFIT branded packaging with the following options:

1. E-corrugated carton (70KG load capacity) - standard for all shipments
2. Color box packaging - branded with your logo
3. Neutral packaging - plain box without branding
4. Custom packaging - per your specific requirements

Each product is packaged independently (product-bubble bag-inner box-outer box).

All packaging is designed for international shipping protection. Inner packaging includes individual protection for each cylinder to prevent damage during transit.

 

Q9：| What surface treatment do you use on your aluminum cylinders?

A9：Our standard aluminum brake/clutch cylinders undergo sandblasting + natural (clear) anodizing on the exterior for an OEM-like finish. The piston and bore surfaces receive Type III hard anodizing (25-50μm, HV350+) for exceptional wear resistance - this is the industry standard for long service life.

 

Q10：| How can I tell if the surface treatment is good quality?

A10：For aluminum pistons: the darker and more matte the black finish, the thicker and harder the anodizing layer - a quality piston should appear deep black with zero gloss and resist fingernail scratching. For iron cylinders: E-coat should be uniformly black and semi-glossy across all surfaces including threads; any rust spots or uneven coating indicate poor pretreatment. For Dacromet: should be uniformly silver-grey matte with no bare metal spots or drips.
