On May 8, 2026, we finished loading the last carton of a sizable order bound for a customer in Madagascar. This wasn't just another
container fill – it represented weeks of coordinated machining, assembly, custom packaging, and careful inspection.
In total, we shipped 20 pallets containing:
- Brake master cylinders – over 2,000 units
- Brake wheel cylinders – over 2,000 units
- Clutch master cylinders – 3,000+ units
- Clutch slave cylinders – 2,500+ units
- Repair kits – 17,000 sets
Across 54 different part numbers. Every single piece was machined, assembled, and tested in our Taizhou facility.
Custom packaging – no shortcuts
The customer requested a fully branded solution. We delivered:
- Custom color boxes for each product line
- Outer cartons clearly marked with the correct model numbers and box specifications – exactly as specified
No guesswork. No mismatched labels. Our warehouse team double-checked every carton against the customer's packing list before sealing.
What went into this order
These weren't off-the-shelf leftovers. We produced the parts in dedicated production runs, paying attention to:
- Bore surface finish (0.2 – 0.4 µm Ra)
- Seal cup material – EPDM approved for DOT3/DOT4
- Piston straightness and diameter tolerances
- Leakage testing on every assembly line
The repair kits included genuine-grade seals, dust boots, and return spring– no filler.

They now have a balanced stock of master and wheel cylinders for popular passenger cars and light trucks, plus clutch hydraulics and service kits. With 54 different models, they can serve a wide range of vehicles without tying up capital in slow-moving references.
