3. When the wet electromagnetic clutch is working, lubricating oil must be added between the friction plates, and the lubrication method is adopted
(1) Pouring oil lubrication; (2) Oil bath lubrication, the part immersed in the oil is about 5 times the volume of the clutch; (3) Shaft supply oil lubrication, the shaft supply should be used in high-speed and high-frequency action Oil method.
4. When installing the tooth-embedded electromagnetic clutch, there must be a certain gap between the end teeth, so that there is no gear grinding during idling, but it should not be greater than the δ value.
5. The electromagnetic clutch and brake are Class B insulation, and the normal temperature rise is 40 ℃. The working temperature at the limit of thermal equilibrium is not allowed to exceed the speed of 100 ℃, otherwise the coil and the friction part are easily damaged.
6. Power supply and control circuit, clutch power supply is 24 VDC (except special order). It is obtained by three-phase or single-phase AC voltage through step-down and full-wave rectification (or bridge rectification), without voltage regulation and smooth wave, the power needs to be large enough. It is not allowed to use half-wave rectified power supply.
7. The clutch requirements of automobile drive train
According to the use of the clutch, it should meet the following main requirements:
The joint is smooth and gentle to ensure the car starts smoothly,
Quick and complete separation, easy to shift and start the engine;
With appropriate reserve capacity, it can not only ensure the transmission of the maximum torque of the engine but also prevent the overload of the drive train;
The transmission inertia of the driven part should be as small as possible to reduce the impact when shifting;
It has good heat dissipation ability. When the vehicle needs to frequently operate the clutch during driving, the clutch main and driven parts will relatively slip, generating frictional heat. If the heat is not dissipated in time, it will seriously affect the reliability of its work site And service life;
Three key points of clutch operation: one fast, two slow and three linkage. When lifting the clutch pedal, follow the operating principle of "one fast, two slow, and three linkage".
