We use manual pouring for our castings. This is not because automation is unavailable-it is because hand‑poured castings allow better control over material density and porosity. In hydraulic applications, even microscopic voids can become failure points under pressure cycling. The process ensures the casting body can withstand the hydraulic loads it will see in service.

Machining – Precision Equipment, Tight Tolerances
Our machining lines use FANUC‑controlled systems and Sigma CNC lathes. Critical operations include deep‑hole drilling for internal fluid passages and thread machining for port connections. Dimensional tolerances are held to engineering print requirements-typically within ±0.02 mm for bore diameters. Tooling is sourced from Taiwanese suppliers, selected for consistency and tool life.


Surface Treatment – Market‑Specific Finishes

Surface finish is not one‑size‑fits‑all. For Japanese and Korean vehicle applications, we apply a natural (uncoated) finish that matches the original equipment appearance.
For European and North American markets, we adjust the finish specification based on customer preference and regional corrosion requirements.

Regulatory standards such as FMVSS 105 (North America) and ECE R13 (Europe) set minimum performance requirements. We test beyond them.

The industry standard for brake cylinder fatigue life is typically 500,000 cycles. Our internal requirement is 1 million cycles minimum. For applications such as autonomous delivery vehicles, where braking cycles are more frequent and less predictable, we test to 5 million cycles.

Temperature Cycling – Extreme Condition Simulation
We maintain in‑house high‑low temperature chambers to test cylinder performance across the full operating temperature range. This simulates real‑world conditions from cold starts to sustained high‑temperature braking.


- Vacuum Seal and Oil Replenishment – 100% Inspection
Every master cylinder undergoes a vacuum seal test to detect internal leakage. This is not a sample check-it is applied to every unit. Additionally, we perform oil replenishment (refill) characteristic testing to verify that the cylinder can draw fluid from the reservoir at the required rate. This prevents air ingestion, which leads to a soft or spongy pedal feel

Inspection records are maintained from first‑article inspection through semi‑finished and final inspection. Every batch is traceable to production parameters and test results.
