After the clutch slave cylinder enters the air, the clutch will have these consequences: the clutch free stroke will increase, the pedal will be soft, the clutch will be incompletely separated, there will be abnormal noise, the phenomenon of shifting difficulties will occur, and normal driving operations will be affected. Therefore, if there is air in the clutch hydraulic system, it must be discharged in time.

Steps to bleed air from clutch:
(1) Fill the clutch reservoir with brake fluid. The liquid level in the reservoir should be checked frequently at ordinary times. If it is insufficient, it should be supplemented in time.
(2) Remove the upper dust cap of the bleed plug at the rear of the clutch slave cylinder, unscrew the bleed plug, install a hose of appropriate length on the slave cylinder bleed valve, and insert a little brake fluid into the other end of the hose in the container. Repeatedly depress the clutch pedal several times to pump the brake fluid in the reservoir from the master cylinder into the pipeline and the slave cylinder.
(3) Then step on the pedal without loosening, loosen the bleed plug, and discharge the gas in the pipeline from the bleed plug until the brake fluid starts to flow out, and then tighten the bleed hole plug. During the bleed air process, if the brake in the reservoir decreases, it should be made up in time.
Operate according to the above method several times continuously until there are no bubbles in the brake fluid. Tighten the vent plug, pull out the plastic tube, and put on the dust cap.
