Thanks to the incredible love and support of our amazing new and old customers, SY-PARTS has grown and developed rapidly in recent years. The original office conditions are no longer meeting the growing office requirements, so we're moving to a new, bigger and better space! In order to better match customer needs and promote the development of SY-PARTS, Taizhou Shuangyi Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (SY-PARTS) is thrilled to announce its move to a new address on 9 May 2024!
The new address will be：Taizhou Shuangyi Auto Parts Co., Ltd., 4th Floor, Building 1, Xiaoshuibu New Industrial Zone, Yuhuan, Taizhou City.
1. Designed a scientific and reasonable regional division
The new office is divided into five distinct areas: an office area, a rest area, an experimental testing area, an assembly area, and a storage area.
The layout adheres to the modular planning of the Japanese factory and the lean production method. It can be reasonably argued that the planning of work areas during the production process can greatly improve overall efficiency. The objective is to reduce the wastage of time, manpower and materials, to promote reasonable dynamic collaboration among various departments, and to promote thorough management of product quality.
2.Added more comfortable office conditions
SY-PARTS is a people-oriented company that places great importance on the humanistic care of its employees. In this spirit, we are pleased to offer our employees more comfortable office conditions, including ergonomic chairs for each office. We are pleased to announce the addition of a conference room and a reception room, both of which are equipped with an LCD projection writing screen, a foldable conference table and folding chairs. The conference room is available for the SY-PARTS team to use for business discussions, exchanges and training. We hope you will find it convenient to carry out business docking and hold formal meetings in this space.
The lounge is equipped with a dining area, water bar, snack area, and all the necessary appliances for your convenience. These include a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, and water purifier. It could be used as a mobile office space, an afternoon tea space, a leisure and relaxation space, or indeed any other space that might be required. Those who have been working hard all day may find it beneficial to come to the public space to relax.
3.Specially added experimental testing room
In response to the high standards and requirements of high-end customers for quality and details, SY-PARTS has added two experimental equipment to the new office based on the original Japanese Tsugami machines, CNC machine tools and other equipment in Shuangyi's own factory. At the same time, we were fortunate to have a new air compressor room built. The addition of these new equipment is intended to help us achieve more accurate and precise quality control.

4.Added assembly area and storage area
In response to the packaging needs of different customer groups for the after-sales market and the spot reserve capacity, SY-PARTS has also set up an assembly area in the new office, which we hope will meet your needs. In addition to SY-PARTS's own BROTHAI brand, it also offers customers the option of customised brand packaging, which it believes will provide a more efficient after-sales experience for customers with spot demand.
During the decoration process, General Manager Luo Bangwei (Robert Luo) was attentive to every detail and worked hard to ensure that every detail was attended to. He divided the areas carefully and monitored the implementation of the decoration design. Thanks to the combined efforts of all parties, the decoration and air purification project of the new office was completed on time before the end of April 2024. The official move was made on 9 May 2024, marking the start of a new development journey for Taizhou Shuangyi Auto Parts Co., Ltd.
