The adjustment method of the master cylinder is as follows:

1. Find the push rod of the pump. There are two screws on the push rod. Adjust the stroke of the push rod by tightening and loosening the screws, which is the height of the saying.

2. The brake master cylinder, also known as "brake master cylinder" and "brake master cylinder", is the main matching part of the vehicle's brake system. The brake master cylinder using oil brakes has a tank for storing brake oil. , Below is the cylinder equipped with pistons and oil inlet and outlet.

3. When the brake is stepped on, the piston is pushed by the brake pedal in the cylinder, and then acts through the push rod to transmit the brake oil pressure in the cylinder to the brake cylinders of each wheel to produce a braking function. When the brake pedal is released, the oil outlet in the brake master cylinder will be closed and the oil inlet will be opened, so that the brake oil will return from the brake cylinder to the brake master cylinder and return to the original state.

Disassembly of the brake master cylinder

1. Clean the outside of the master cylinder, push the secondary piston inward and remove the retaining ring;

2. Remove the liquid storage tank, push the secondary piston in, remove the positioning pin, and then remove the secondary and primary piston;

3. Remove the rubber retaining ring from the liquid storage tank and the liquid storage sealing ring from the liquid storage tank cover;

4. Draw out the brake fluid from the brake fluid reservoir;

5. Disconnect the brake hard pipe connected to the brake master cylinder;

6. Remove the brake master cylinder from the vacuum booster or brake diaphragm;

7. Check whether the vacuum booster is contaminated with brake fluid, and replace it if necessary;

8. Check that the check valve is working properly and replace it if necessary.
