A. Braking failure
Failure phenomenon:
When the brake pedal is depressed, the vehicle does not decelerate. Even if the brake pedal is depressed several times in a row, there is no obvious deceleration.
cause of the issue:
1. The brake pedal to brake master cylinder connection is off
2. The brake fluid is seriously missing or not
3. Brake line breaks and oil leakage
4. The rubber piston cup brake master cylinder ruptures
B. Poor braking
Failure phenomenon:
1. When you depress the brake pedal, you can't slow down or stop. If you press the brake pedal several times in succession, the effect is not good.
2. During emergency braking, the braking distance is too long.
cause of the issue:
1. The free stroke of the brake pedal is too large
2. Insufficient brake fluid
3. Brake fluid deteriorates
4. There is air in the brake hose
5. There is a slight oil leak
6. Aging of brake master cylinder
7. The oil inlet of the brake master cylinder is blocked
8. The vacuum booster is not well sealed and there is vacuum leakage
9. Brake pads are of poor quality or have oil stains

C. Brake deviation
Failure phenomenon:
1. When braking during driving, the vehicle deviates.
2. During emergency braking, the vehicle flicks or turns sharply.
cause of the issue:
1. Left and right tire pressure, degree of wear or tread pattern are different
2. The degree of tightness of the left and right hub bearings is different
3. The brake cylinder is issued and cannot be fully opened
4. Oil leakage, blockage or deformation of the unilateral brake pipeline
5. Problems with positioning
6. Steering lever is loose
7. Frame or suspension deformation
8. Failure of the load-sensing proportional valve
D. Brake drag
Failure phenomenon:
After lifting the brake pedal, the braking effect of all or individual wheels cannot be released immediately, which affects starting, acceleration or coasting.
cause of the issue:
1. The brake pedal has no free travel
2. The oil return hole of the master cylinder is blocked
3. The brake cylinder is stuck
4. Brake hose aging and expansion
5. Deformation and depression of brake hose
6. The return spring of the drum brake is broken and stuck
7. Drum brake drum out of round
E. Brake shake
Failure phenomenon:
That is, the brake pedal is depressed, the brake pedal is pushed up and down and the body shakes.
cause of the issue:
Brake disc deformation
