The main raw materials of brake cylinders and clutch cylinders are aluminum, iron and plastics. Aluminum products in our factory use ZL111 aluminum materials. Alloy code: ZL111Standard: GB/T 1173-1995

2. Features and scope of application:

ZL111 is suitable for castings with complex shapes and structures, high loads and high air tightness requirements, as well as parts working in high-pressure gas and liquid, such as rotors, engine blocks and cylinder heads, impellers of large water pumps and other important castings.

3. Chemical composition:Si: 8.0-10.0

Cu: 1.3-1.8

Mn: 0.10-0.35

Mg: 0.4-0.6Zn: 0.1

Ti: 0.10-0.35

Al: marginIron (sand casting): 0.4

Iron (metal mold casting): 0.4

Sn: ≤0.01 (impurity)

Pb: ≤0.05 (impurity)

Note: The sum of impurities: (sand casting)≤1.0; (metal casting)≤1.0
