Steps:
1. Carry out the airtightness test (show in the video)
2. Carry out the destructive fatigue test, the sealing performance is normal, the oil outlet thread connection is normal, the bleeding is normal, the pressure is normal, and the working stroke is normal. (show in the video)
3. There was a very small amount of oil leakage at the port after the product fatigue test for more than 20,000 times, and the brake master cylinder could still build pressure normally.
4. After disassembling the brake cylinder, we find that the leather bowl is normal, the piston is normal, the cylinder body is slightly rubbed, and it is touched without scratches.
5. Analyze the possible cause of the pump body: 1) Insufficient positioning and guidance of the piston guide sleeve. 2) The clearance between the piston and cylinder is a little large.
6. Summary: Our product ——WT-2078 can be used normally, and the relevant test results meet the technical conditions of the automobile hydraulic brake master cylinder.
