The clutch master cylinder is connected to the clutch pedal and connected to the clutch booster through the oil pipe. The function is to collect pedal stroke information and realize the clutch disengagement through the function of booster.
When the clutch pedal is stepped on, the push rod pushes the master cylinder piston to increase the oil pressure, enter the cylinder through the hose, force the cylinder pull rod to push the separation fork, and push the separation bearing forward; when the clutch pedal is released, the hydraulic pressure is released and separated The fork gradually returns to its original position under the action of the return spring, and the clutch is again engaged.
① Use carp pliers to loosen the clamps of the oil inlet hose of the master cylinder and the end of the liquid storage tank, and pull out the oil inlet hose. Insert the plug into the inlet hose port.
②Using an open-end wrench, loosen the fixing bolt of the master cylinder output pipe, and then unscrew it by hand, pull the oil pipe slightly away from the master pump; and plug the oil pipe with a plug.
③ Use needle-nose pliers to take out the safety device on the connecting pin at the end of the push rod and clutch pedal, and then remove the connecting pin to separate the push rod from the pedal.
④In the cab, loosen the two fixing nuts on the master cylinder with a sleeve, a connecting rod and a ratchet wrench.
⑤ Hold the master cylinder in the engine compartment by hand, and unscrew the fixing nut on the master cylinder by hand.
⑥ Take out the master pump and put it on the workbench.
① Land the lift to the ground.
② Install the oil inlet hose to the oil inlet of the clutch master pump by hand, and then use carp pliers to clamp the clamp to the overlap of the hose and the oil inlet.
③ Pass the rear flange and push rod of the master cylinder through the bearing holes on the vehicle body, pass the two fixing bolts through the bolt holes on the master cylinder casing and the body, and hold the master cylinder assembly.
④Screw the nut onto the bolt by hand in the cab, and then tighten it to the proper torque with the sleeve, post and ratchet wrench.
⑤ After aligning the connecting hole on the push rod with the connecting hole on the clutch pedal, insert the connecting pin into the hole by hand, and finally install the safety device on the connecting pin.
⑥Align the oil pipe with the oil outlet of the master cylinder, screw the oil pipe fixing nut into the threaded hole by hand, and then use the opening wrench
