The clutch is a part of the automobile transmission system directly connected to the engine. It is responsible for the cutting off and combination of the power and transmission system, so it can ensure a smooth start when the car starts, and can also ensure smoothness when shifting, and also prevents the transmission system. overload.
1. The clutch is not completely separated, and it is difficult to change gears. After commissioning, it will malfunction after a period of time.
Reasons: (1) The clutch pedal and the eccentric pin nut connected to the master cylinder are loose; (2) The master cylinder push rod nut is loose; (3) The pressure plate and driven plate of the clutch driven plate assembly are defective.
Solution: (1) Tighten the eccentric pin nut; (2) Adjust the clearance of the push rod nut and tighten it; (3) Replace with a new pressure plate or driven piece.
2. The clutch is heavy, cannot be disengaged, and it is difficult to change gears
Reasons: (1) The air in the cylinder is exhausted; (2) The clearance of the push rod of the master cylinder is too large, which makes the effective stroke of the cylinder insufficient; (3) The elastic deformation of the cylinder bracket is large, which makes the effective stroke discounted; (4 ) The welding angle of the clutch release rocker arm is too poor, which results in too much difference in the center distance between the flange end of the connection cylinder and the fork hole of the separation arm, and the stroke of the cylinder is not adjustable, resulting in insufficient travel; (5) gear shift The resistance of the link mechanism is too large to cause resistance; (6) The separation bearing is not lubricated and the inner hole is brushed; (7) The master pump and the sub-pump do not match.
Solution: (1) Evacuate the unvented air; (2) Adjust the pump push rod to the best effective stroke; (3) Re-reinforce the sub-pump bracket; (4) Re-weld to reduce the angle error between the separation arm and the center ; (5) Replace the shift link mechanism; (6) Replace the related parts that have been brushed and add lubricating oil; (7) Replace the master pump that matches the cylinder.
3. The clutch pedal gets heavier and heavier, and the more you step on it, the more it slips
Cause: The push rod of the master cylinder is adjusted too far downward, so that the check valve of the piston is closed. The pressure oil of the cylinder cannot come back, and the clutch disc will be burned out in severe cases.
Solution: readjust the push rod clearance.
4. The clutch pedal is hard on the lower part, and it is not in place and cannot be separated.
Cause: The cylinder push rod is adjusted too far.
Solution: readjust the clearance of the push rod.
5. Air leakage of the cylinder
Reasons: (1) The air path is not clean, and the sealing surface of the air valve in the pump is blocked by foreign objects and cannot be sealed; (2) The working environment is harsh and the dust is too large, which causes the cylinder endothelial ring to wear out in advance; (3) The master pump does not return Thoroughly, the check valve in the cylinder is not sealed.
Solution: (1) Clean the foreign objects in the cylinder, add lubricating oil, and replace the damaged seals; (2) Check and replace the master cylinder.
6. No feeling when stepping on the clutch, no response from the pump
Reasons: (1) The oil circuit is not clean, and the sealing surface of the check valve of the master cylinder is blocked by foreign objects, making the master pump unresponsive; (2) The pipeline is leaking.
Solutions: (1) Remove foreign objects and replace damaged seals; (2) Repair leaking oil pipes.
7. Clutch slippage caused by other reasons
Reasons: (1) Severe overload, exceeding the friction force of the clutch plate; (2) The driver put his foot on the clutch pedal for a long time or the road condition is bad, so that the clutch wears in advance; (3) The clutch plate is defective, and the friction force is not enough after heating , Uneven platen force causes unilateral wear or slippage due to grease pollution.
8. The return of the cylinder is slow, and the clutch is not completely separated.
Reason: The diameter of the connecting main pipe of the master cylinder and the sub-cylinder is small, and the separation bearing is brushed.
Solution: (1) Replace the hose with a diameter (inner hole) of not less than 6 mm; (2) Replace the damaged separation bearing, bearing cover and related damaged parts.
