Precautions For Clutch Master Cylinder

At present, a friction clutch (referred to simply as a friction clutch) pressed by a spring is widely used in automobiles. The torque generated by the engine is transmitted to the driven plate through the friction between the contact surface of the flywheel and the pressure plate and driven plate. When the driver depresses the clutch pedal, the large end of the diaphragm spring drives the pressure plate to move backward through the transmission of the component. At this time, the driven part is separated from the active part.

The car was at a standstill before starting. If the engine and the gearbox are rigidly connected, once the gearbox is installed, the car will suddenly move forward due to the sudden connection of power. This will not only damage the parts, but also the driving force is not enough to overcome The huge inertia produced by the forward shock. Make the engine speed drop sharply and stop the engine.

Matters needing attention in automobile clutch cylinder:

1. Pay attention to whether the clutch slips. There are several reasons for this phenomenon. The main reason is that the free stroke of the clutch pedal is too small, and the separation bearing is often pressed on the diaphragm spring, so that the pressure plate is always in a semi-detached state. Or the clutch pressure plate spring is too soft or broken, and the connection screw between the clutch and the flywheel is loose.

2. In the idle state of the engine, the clutch can only be cut off when the clutch pedal is almost bottomed out. When you step on the clutch pedal, you feel that it is difficult to shift or the transmission gear hits, or the clutch pedal is not lifted after the shift, and the vehicle starts to run, indicating that the vehicle clutch is not completely disengaged.
