1. Thoroughly clean the brake fluid storage tank with a brand new brake fluid or detergent, and then install it on the new master cylinder according to the car manufacturer's instructions (some models have a tank with a liquid storage)
2. Some brake master cylinders have a square or O-shaped sealing ring installed between the mounting flange and the servo device. New seals must be replaced before installation, and care must be taken to avoid damage to the plunger during installation. Special note: It is strictly forbidden to pull the plunger itself! Otherwise it will cause it to come out of the master cylinder;
3. Install a new brake master cylinder. When there is a joystick, make sure that the joystick is positioned correctly. During the installation process, it is strictly prohibited to press the brake pedal;
4. Reconnect the disconnected brake hard tube and tighten according to the torque specified by the car manufacturer;
5. Fill the brake fluid reservoir with new brake fluid of appropriate grade;
6. Bleed the brake system according to the car manufacturer's instructions and check the brake system for leaks;
7. Check whether the brake fluid level is between the upper and lower scale lines of the storage tank, and confirm that it is correct before proceeding to the road test.
