 basic requirements

 

1. The batches of products supplied are accompanied by SY-PARTS documents confirming that the quality of the products complies with SY-PARTS    product company standards and original OEM samples.

 

2. The products comply with all geometric parameters and technical requirements of the design documents.

 

3. The products are 100% tested in the factory.

 

4. "Material requirements for product parts:

- Resistance to petroleum products;

- Resistance to road agents (NaCl, CaCl2, C2H₃KO2) and other compounds (NaCl, CaCl2, C2H₃KO2);

- Resistance to acids and organic solvents;

- Resistance to chemical and biological microbiological effects;

- Increased relative humidity and temperature, but without resistance to moisture condensation for at least 96 hours;

- Adaptability to work at low and high temperatures;

- Corrosion resistance.

 

5. Resistance to working fluids.

 

6. Durability of at least 150,000 cycles at pulsed pressures from 0 to 7 MPa and constant temperature of +70 °C.

Piston

 

1. Material: Same as OEM

2. "The following conditions are not allowed on the outer surface:

- Scratches;
- Wear;

- Burrs;

- Lack of coverage;

- corrosion stains.

3. Sharp edges are permitted in locations specified in the manufacturer's design data".

Cylinder body

 

1. The cylinder body (or workpiece) shall remain sealed when subjected to an internal pressure of at least 20 MPa.

 

2. The cylinder working chamber shall remain sealed under pneumatic and hydraulic and/or vacuum pressure of at least 0.15MPa (recommended value is at least -0.085MPa) while adjusting the exposure time and the allowable pressure reduction or increase.

 

3. "The following items are not allowed on the work surface:

- Scratches;

- Wear;

- Burrs;

- Signs of corrosion".

 

4. "The following conditions are not permitted on the external surface:

- Missing topcoat (if any);

- Signs of corrosion and other defects may affect installation, performance, and appearance.

Oil Seal

 

 

1. All products should have no physical or chemical effect on mating parts.

 

2. The following conditions are not allowed on the product: tears, cracks, voids, damage, contamination, delamination, burrs, foreign matter.

 

3. Can withstand overpressure and vacuum above 0.05MPa.

 

4. "The working edges and internal working surfaces of the shaft seal must be smooth and free from defects.

--The inner surface of the shaft seal must not have convexities or concavities greater than 0.1 mm.

--The outer surface of the shaft seal must not have convexities or concavities exceeding 0.3 mm. "

 

5. The service life of the shaft seal must be the same as the service life of the equipment on which the shaft seal is mounted.

O-Ring

 

1. All products should have no physical or chemical effect on mating parts.

 

2. The following conditions are not allowed on the product: cracks, tears, voids, damage, contamination, delamination, burrs, foreign matter.

 

3. Material: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Rubber).

 

4. Conditional tensile strength: 6.4~19.6 MPa.

 

5. Elongation at break: 100~300%.

 

6. Shore hardness: 40~90

Dust cap

 

1. The dust cap position is completely sealed.

 

2. Elongation reserve.

Test conditions and time the sample can withstand without cracking:

-- Static elongation 20±2%;

②-- Test time: 72 hours.

 

3. "Ozone resistance.

Test conditions and time the sample can withstand without cracking:

- Temperature: 40±2℃;

- Relative humidity of ozone air: 60±5%;

- Maximum elongation: 20±2%;

- Ozone concentration: 100±10 pphm;

- Test time: 96 hours.

 

4. Durability (number of compression-stretch cycles before cracks appear on the surface).
